Author Topic: Veins popping out  (Read 2559 times)

YEA MAN I PUMP SO MUCH IRON MY VEINS JUST START SPURTING BLOOD OUT WHEN THEY'RE BUSY NOT POPPING OUT

I don't know why I laughed so hard...

It's not so much gravity as some of you are saying. You'll really notice it when you start to work out.
When you work out your muscles naturally swell up a bit and harden (not flexed, they literally just get harder), this pushes the vessels out against your skin, in between the muscle and the skin, making them visible.

In places like your forearm, on top of your hand, and on top of your feet, it's just due to the absence of any fat or muscle coupled with increased blood pressure.

I honestly find that if your veins pop out then its because you have low body fat. My veins stick out on my arms, hands, fingers, and the inside of my palm near my thumb. My veins also pop out where my arm bends but that may be from lifting weights.

So basically your veins pop out either from working out or you have low body fat, ill post a picture if you would ever like me to.

I'm a stick so my veins pop out all the time.

yes, it's because your veins swell then they have more blood than usual due to gravity or blocked blood flow. it's normal if you're skinny, if you're fat you probably have a serious problem.

Yeah but I get some on on the top of my arm and a little one on my chest, does anyone know why or does it go for the same reason?
