He probably means the one where badspot turned into a dragon under a jeep.  Also anyone remember when we went to v13 from v12?  No one could join servers due to certain server changes I am sure someone could figure out what those were I am to lazy to tell you here, but it's probably because you can't join v21 servers via v20.

Most likely you can't join his new server because it possibly has shadows on it that you can't load and it refuses to let you connect because you don't have it.
