In a similar style to "roll to dodge" I bring you!

How to play!
You and your partner (another forum member) will be placed in a dungeon scenario, and you will be given a certain objective. Now here's the catch, for nearly every action you make, a die will determine the outcome.
The numbers on the six sided die are marked as such...
1) Epic fail
2) Kinda fail
3) Kinda success
4) Success
5) Perfect success
6) Overshot

For example:

Jack want to attack a skeleton with his sword!

5 would land a critical strike on the skeleton, dealing a large amount of damage

1 would cause him to miss

6 would cause him to have his sword fly out of his hands, possibly hitting another monster, or his friend!

3 would cause a grazing hit, dealing a very small amount of damage

This game will use the declare system. You declare your move, then when everyone's move has been declared, they are all taken, the die is rolled, and results are decided.
-I will not post results of the actions until everyone has taken their turn

-Other minor actions may be used with your major action (look around, talk, ect)
-Observing your surrounding will not be effected by the die
-Talking to partners will not be effected by the die

You may post almost any action you desire
-If you want to attempt to harness the power to fly or spontaneously grow a third arm, you can do so.
-You may not god-mod and ruin the fun for everyone, however.

You may kill or be killed by your partner or your actions
-Be weary of what you do, if you attempt to kill your partner early in the game and succeed, the results can have devastating effects
-Attempting to do something stupid can lead to a very funny death

Certain events can affect your next roll
-If you do something with perfect success there may be a chance your roll, or everyone's roll, can be increased by +X amount, or be predetermined
-The same can be applied if you have an epic failure, only your roll will have -X amount
-If a certain action has an effectiveness on a body part, then any action requiring that body part will be effected (Tim's arms are broken, -3 to any action used by his arms)
-The same can have positive attributes
-Trying to use spells and weapons that don't match up with  your starting set will have a -2 mutator.  As well, using scrolls has a +1 mutator.
So trying to heal as a Mage isn't always the smartest idea.

Rules
Only (2) people may play at a time.
-This is based on a first come first served basis
-If you did not make it in time, I can still add you to the waiting list
-I would like to keep this game moving, so you will have 2 days max to take your turn or you will become braindead and your partner must leave you behind..
-No posting actions unless you are playing
-No godmodding

Lancelot and Jack Golem approach the entrance to the deadly dungeon of death.  The king has asked them to enter the dungeon with the task of rescuing his daughter from the creature on the fifth floor of the dungeon.  A Gate blocks the entrance and appears unbreakable.  A lever is on each side of the gate.
What will our heroes do first?

Craft 10 explosive arrows and blow up the door with one of them.

the obvious thing, duh

fit through the bars of the gate

SirLancelot7 rolls a (6)
masterockets rolls a (6)
Lancelot begins working with 10 of his precious arrows and materials that he seems to have pulled out of his ass.  When they're done, he fires one at the gate, on impact, it explodes violently, destroying the gate and burning Jack and himself with the fiery blast.  Jack is unable to carry out this action due to the current lack of gate.

Results this turn:
Jack Golem: Burned by explosion -10 HP
90/100 HP

Lancelot: Burned by explosion -10 HP
90/100 HP

Look around dungeon and stealth forward

Summon the energy from the world and gain the ability to go invisible.

masterockets rolls a (1)
Sirlancelot7 rolls a (5-2=3)
Jack tries to hide within the shadows of the first floor of the dungeon, however he manages to fail without noticing.  Lancelot, however despite his lack of knowledge of rogue abilitys, manages to hide in the shadows to a slight degree.
Jack Golem: HP 90/100
Lancelot: HP 90/100

notice shadow and become full invisible

So did I gain the ability to become invisible on demand?

the OP says we can do crazy stuff like that.  I love rtd's like that.

I move down the hall as a shadow

So did I gain the ability to become invisible on demand?
No, that's still affected by your class, you can try to stealth, but without proper training, you can cause problems for yourself if you try it too much.  Just as you can do pretty much whatever you want, I can also do that, could lead to some funny deaths for future players.

masterockets rolls a (2)
Sirlancelot7 rolls a (3)
Jack tries to reapply his stealth but again, he fails, at least this he notices and tries it again (rolls 1), failing once again while not noticing his failure.  Lancelot on the other hand, slowly moves down the corridor, watching for any nearby threats, as he reaches the end of the hall, he sees a skeleton warrior standing next to a pot.  It hasn't seen him yet and he cant attempt a sneak attack.
Jack Golem: HP 90/100
Lancelot: HP 90/100 Buffs: Stealth

Ask sir what he sees and slide against the wall with my knife out

Shoot it with bow all ninja like
