What's the size of a 1x1x3 brick in Blender?

1x1x1.2 Blender Units

That is incorrect.

Tested and proven to the correct.

1 Torque unit = 1 Blender unit
1 x 1 x 1 Blockland brick = 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.6 Torque units
1 x 1 x 1 Blockland brick = 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.6 Blender units

That is incorrect.

By the look of the picture, it's 16.66% too short.

I'm sorry?

that is only if you are using the BLB converter, a 1x1F brick for the BLB converter is 1x1x0.4

while for anything else, such as vehicles, the size is 0.5x0.5x0.2

EDIT: oh hey, its twice the size

Scale it by 0.5 and then 1.2 on Z axis and then it's the correct size. You didn't do the materials correctly and you did not pack the textures.
