Author Topic: How do I properly update this graphics driver?  (Read 680 times)

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6370. I tried loading up L4D2 and it gives me a message saying it's out of date. I kinda figured since all my games seem to run slowly now. I tried going to the website it gave me but that didn't work. Help me pls ;_;

What type of system do you have? Desktop Graphics, Notebook Graphics, TV Tuner Graphics, Workstation Graphics, Integrated Motherboard Graphics, Embedded Graphics, MAC Graphics.

Select the stuff in the dropdown menus or download the auto-updater

Apparantly, your GPU doesn't show up on their driver download page.

The dropdown windows don't have  an HD6370 on it and I tried to auto-download and it said my graphics card wasn't supported. This is the same site the steam pop up gave me. :/

If you have a Mobility 6370 then you want to get the drivers for the Radeon 6xxxM series

ADM Catalyst Mobility cannot be downloaded to incompatible hardware/software on your computer.

The version of your graphics adapter is not supported

Please contact your notebook manufacturer for a graphics driver update

forget...( total tech newbie here )

Went to my device manager and it says I have the hd 6370 and Intel(r) HD Graphics

Are you launching it with steam

If drivers from AMD aren't working then you need to find the specific drivers for your specific laptop model on the HP website as they obviously have some weird third-party drivers stuff going on
