My dad is an idiot

For some stupid ass reason my dad doesent like it when i leave the curtains to
my living room window open.
our living room in on the second story of my house and we have two giant trees covering the window
and nobody out side can see in.
even when I'm outside i cant see in unless i am right under the window looking up at it, and my dad claims
he doesent want people looking in our window and seeing inside our house.
as i said before nobody can see in Ive even tried to.
he also works at a prison and he thinks a psychopath killer is going to see in our window with binoculars
and stalk us then eventually kill our entire family.
and then when i say that is the stupidest thing Ive ever heard he starts saying:
"you go ahead and live in your little sheltered world where everything is blue skies and rainbows and my little pony"
so now hes loving ripping on me for watching mlp? he knows i watch it and he was completely fine with it before.
