I used to be overweight for a month, now I am normal weight.  Now, I must maintain it. I am 108.24 pounds and 5 foot 1 inch.  Also, I have been growing a lot, I grew 2 inches in 9 months, GROWTH SPURT :D!  Can't "weight" (wait) until I am muscular.


On the other hand, I am so happy for summer to come soon!

Kewl, any tips for losing weight?  I am on a diet and running more.  Also, I have asthma, so please keep away from anything that will trigger an asthma attack.

But I did lose weight and gained a lot of muscle through running, wrestling, and eating better every day

If you have a bike and live in a fairly large sized, decent neighborhood. Go biking with some friends over weekends.
