Bro, open a new CMD window and type ipconfig.

Look for the IP number that is given next to IPv4. Copy it.

Go to the Blockland port forward and make sure that the ending of the IP Address is the same as your IPv4 address.

If it says "UPnP Discovery Failed", you haven't turned off UPnP.

Your local IP address is not listed under anything with "IPv4" or "IPv6" in the name. While he recommended looking in the right area, he recommended retrieving the wrong information.

Well excuuuse me, it's a long time since I've used Windows and from what I remembered it was displayed under a different identifier.

under Windows XP without IPv6 installed (which I could have sworn is installed by default in SP3) it appears under something different

I fixed the problem. It turns out my router's IP Website actually set me up with a fake IP or some other IP. My real ip is 24.127.44.118. So I look around to see if I could change my IP and I found the changer and changed it to my real IP and now I can host now. Thanks guys!

Er, what. You should use the internal IP address of your router to access it. If your router provides a control panel through your external IP address that will block you from hosting anything on port 80 and may represent a severe security risk depending on how safe your router's login system is.
