What add-on makes a trail with the glow color effect come from behind vehicles?
Please note the following:

• I want the trail to go behind ANY vehicle.
• I want the trail to glow.
• I want the color of the trail to be changable.

I know about the tron light bike, but the light bike only allows you to have a trail behind itself, and not behind any other vehicle, (I tried it on other vehicles) and the trail does not glow.
All help is appreciated. Please give me a link if you can.

The tron bike that I'm doing will have everything except the "any vehicle" thing because that's kind of dumb
