I search the rooms of the motel. Every room is musty and is full of dirty beds, cloth etc.
However, in one room, I found some valuables. On the table I found a USP.45 with 3 magazines, one bloodstained. The motel seemed safe. "The place is clear!" I call out

"What about, hmm, the basement?"

"What about, hmm, the basement?"

"Vid kholodno zdes'." I say, shivering. I walk out to the back and find a broken heater. "Nuzhny instrumenty.." I say, looking for a tool closet.

I put my binoculars back into my duffle bag and sit. "Maybe some cars would make a decent wall. Just take the engines out to prevent explosions and use said engines to get a little more on the wall of cars."

"Engines have a tendency of not exploding, contrary to what Michael Bay would have you believe."

"Take them out anyways. We could always use them to fill in some gaps."

"I didn't check the basement, that might be the turning point. Anyone wanna come with me to scout out the basement?"

I find a janitors closet full of tools and pick some out. I then zip my jacket up and begin working on the main heater.

"I'll go with."
I load my rifle and walk down, seeing nothing on the way down the stairs.

"There's a bunch of cars around the financial area, I'm sure we could find some that actually work and bring them back."

All of a sudden, the sound of a motor running comes from outside and the vents in the motel fill with warm air.

I followed him with my .45, forgetting I still had a cigarette with me. It had cleared my mind, I could remember my past, except for the smallest details. It had worked. I threw out the cigarette.

Big mistake. I don't know why, but something down there was flammable, a huge wall of flames busted up down there.

"Holy stuff!"
