Then it is most likely not cancer if it hurts in your stomach area, but you should get it checked for cancer if it continues. My dad's friend stomach area hurt for about 6 months before he went to a doctor and it turned out he had stage 4 colon cancer.

Get you're guardian to push down on the lower right side of your stomache with the end of their finger tips. Then have them retract their hands at a high speed.

If you feel an intense pain when they retract their hands. Than its inflamation of the appendix. You might need to go a Doctor to get you're appendix removed.
