I can't loving sleep. I'm tired as hell but when I lay my head down and close my eyes I just have so much on my mind I can't manage to fall asleep. Anything I can do to help fall asleep easier?

Insomnia is when you can't sleep for weeks. I doubt you have it.

i doubt you have insomnia, you're probably just warm or something.

I don't know. Maybe it's summer break thats coming, or maybe I just feel stressed. I'm also kinda worried about my best friend whom I haven't talked to or seen in awhile. He only logs on to steam for a little bit and he's off. I guess thats one thing

Do stuff until you're tired.


Sprint laps around your house until you collapse from exhaustion, then get up and sprint it even faster until you can't get up. Then sleep in the grass.

During the day you could try doing some physically exerting activates (exercising, sports) to tire yourself out. And you could also try reading a book right before you go to bed, I find doing that helps clear my mind a lot and make me more sleepy.
