"my friend" is often slang for "myself but I don't want anyone to know"

call the number and if they awnser say

"bitch im arab and i am gonna whoop some ass if you dont give my phone bitch"

or you can always call the police and have them track his number.

most phone companys keep track of phones location.

i don't think there is anyway to track it unless you get a hold of some fbi stuff or something

i googled something like this once when i was younger and i got some weird website where it tricks you and zooms and zooms until it zooms into a bedroom of a couple in bed.
