I live in some small village on the edge of Suffolk.

In America they have huge skyscrapers because they only had these towns a few hundred years ago.
They didn't expand over a thousand or many hundreds of years like some other countries.
They could just build a huge skyscraper because they didn't have to kick anyone out as noone lived in that spot.
Thats my theory.
