Although I couldnt make a life size , I could make a relativley Big Scale of this ship for Mini empires if you'd like

Really if you want that ship to be made, you have two options
1) Build it yourself. If you suck at building just make this project your goal over time.
2) Not build it at all. It looks too large to replicate in BL without going over the brick limit, even with a reduced size that retains the detail.

I have both obviously but there are actually some okay points like
-Already have Blockland, but not Minecraft, and doesn't want to spend an extra 20-30
-Prefer Blockland controls
-Ability to exact where you place a brick as opposed to click
