Heyo guys. So I have a problem. I'm trying to redeem a Microsoft Xbox Live Point Card, and I have an issue. I type in the card number correctly but when I got to type in my password to help confirm downloading my game, it says I have entered an invalid password. I tried all possible passwords that I might of used for it and none of them work. I need help on try get my password or at least change it without needing my previous password, cause I forgot it. I'm not that smart when it comes to Xbox 360's because I got it about a month ago. Please help.

Try using XBOX Live support on this site:
http://www.support.xbox.com/
If nothing from them works, try making a new account.  Sure it's not the best option and you probably want to do it, but, at this point, I honestly cannot give more advice than this.
