when i put either one of my feet above my knee level it starts to tingle and feel odd.

does this happen to you?

when you cross your leg and set it on the other knee it starts to tingle, as of what abelboto said.

its also the same for your elbow, since there isnt muscle covering it

when my foot is raised up the blood flows down and i loose circulation, i see now.
