i got my ipod turned it on then it said "temperature is high ipod needs to cool down", but my ipod felt cold as forget so i turned it off and on and it froze on the apple screen at the begining.I tried to plug it into i-tunes so i can restore it but it doesn't loving load,

How do i fix this?

Stop trying to use your iPod while living on the Sun

Leave it off for a day.

it doesn't wan't to turn off and at one point it makes a white screen flashing then goes back to the apple thing

I never got that kind of error... I've had it so hot it burned me and still didn't do that.

Heat up the Ipod?

Edit: I do have warranty i guess ill just take it back tomorrow :c

my friend once microwaved an other friends phone. she fried his battery, i was surprised the thing didn't explode.

Okay.

By the way I wasn't serious about the microwave, setting it in the summers sun would work I bet.

That probably won't do a thing.  If the sensor finds normal room temps as overheating, then it surely won't detect heat as colder.  I think the iPod just malfunctioned and needs to be repaired.  Take it to an Apple store.

This.

Put some sunglasses on it, that should make it cool enough.

Put it in bag of rice.
