Need help hacking the stuff out of this starfishs computer

Does anyone know how to do this? This mother forgeter made my best friend on a Minecraft server quit because he won't stop hacking the server and banning people. Is there a way I can hack his computer and render it useless? Or if not do you have suggestions on how to deal with a hacker?

the problem is he is hacking the admins and banning them. My friend is one of them.

Or better yet, have the main admin try to ban ALL proxy IPs.

It's possible to hack minecraft servers, unfortunately.
If the guy can do that then he can probably DDoS the server too.
