Although the title says spawns and CPs, it can be any brick.
Using
this, this and
this, it is possible to create something of a map cycle.
You could load the specific bricks that move or change when, for instance, the round is reset. The spawns and capture points could shift on a static map or whole new builds could be loaded. If there is ever any event triggers for specific teams for winning a minigame, something like TF2's territorial gamemode could be evented. (I'm planning to use this in a future TDM).
Just a hint here. It's possible to do more.
