Shotgun grip needs to be...
Independent is the only word I can think of.
I'm not trying to make this as realistic as possible, but try doing something like making the main shotgun seperate from the handle.

The best example I can give would be the Benelli M4.




I'm just suggesting a design style, but if you are trying to make the whole thing 1 unit, then I don't know how to describe it to you other than make the grip a bit more defined and not so long.

Also, just out of curiosity, where are the ejection ports for the shells to exit?

the stock looks weird. the grip looks insubstantial, the expulsion port is ENORMOUS and the barrel feels like it's too small for the chassis

also it's sort of short. height-wise, i mean

The main section of the gun connecting the barrel and stock to the barrel should be narrower, and the grip should be slightly narrower than the main gun itself.

Also, I love your modeling style Jake, like Bushido said, it resembles the gun it's supposed to yet looks blocky and fitting for the game.

With the shotty, make the handle narrower, fix the stock, make the middle a little thinner, and add your detail ideas.
