You need to forward your ports:

http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/Blockland/Blocklandindex.htm

Forward 28000 to 28032, UDP, not TCP.

IM using a mac and it works fine, make shure you click the INTERNET button, cause you might be playing on single player lol

You have to forward your ports to allow people from the internet to get past your router.  If you're still having problems, tell us what step you're having problems with.
