Also stuff if we get a issue in my state I'm going to arm up.

All happens to be on the coast of Florida and spreading. all close to a body of water. also, one is alarmingly close to the capital of the US

Always something else until it happens.

If your town is pretty small, like less than 1,000 people, you could be pretty safe, just be wary of travelers or people who recently got sick.

Less than 600 people according to the make-shift census.
But from my observation its under 200.
I'm good for damn sure, but my town is along 31E (state highway)

Depends on if it's airborne, waterborne or blood/biting. If it's airborne everyone is forgeted. If it's waterborne you might be okay if you boil it. If it's biting then you're safe but be wary of travellers like you said.

Keep an eye out in the direction of the nearest city.

I think it spreads a little through water, I drank that thing of water and now I feel a bit forgeted up.

A bottle of whiskey would be nice right now ;-;
Just to go ahead and forget it all and all that, also that stuff has a decent taste.

Alright, nearest city is also a small one.

Considering that it's along a state highway your situation may be bad. Most people will try and drive away along the state highway once they hear of zombie disease. People who might be infected will start driving and then have crashs. Then almost everybody on the highway will be infected and they'll stop by your town.

It could be waterborne, airborn is almost a 1% chance, because there would be huge outbreaks and media coverage. And biting is the most likely way to spread.

Would majorly suck if it was airborn. Hopefully if there is some sort of outbreak, and it's airborn - people are immune to it. That seems to be the only way a zombie infection could actually spread, and have people survive if it was airborn and people were immune to it's effects, or carry it.

I'm gonna assume most of you live in urban areas. You all aren't gonna be in a urban area and start going all Rambo and using your rifle, shotgun and pistol to decimate the zombies because you would be overwhelmed and die. So in any of these situations no matter what it is (airborne, waterborne, etc.) most of us will be dead or infected.
