The spiders under the skin feel real to crack heads, hypochondriacs feel sick and its real to them, also there's a thing called the placebo effect, also people believe God is real and that they've talked to him. Just because drugging yourself seemed to make it go away isn't proof it ever existed.
Yeah? Well this placebo turned my 3.0 GPA bachelors degree into a 3.6 honors in a single year. Must be some right mean sugar.
