ITT: people who don't understand creatine and steroids.

steroids cause your muscles to get stronger and bigger, but not your tendons
which can cause a rather painful problem

also, using steroids gives you really unattractive muscles
Thank you for informing me, I'll cut off my dosage ASAP.

I can't believe you guys took the last part seriously.

Drink LOTS of water, because sometimes your kidneys can't handle that much protein..?

OP, for the sake of your health please ignore every post in this thread and just read this:

I thought Creatine was another building game before I saw OP.

Water is good for your body matter what. If you're going for mass, some portion of your body is water weight.

Creatine isn't a protein.

If you're going to take make sure to actually make use of it. It varies from person to person but you should be able to push yourself a bit further with it, nothing amazing though.

I used it for a quite a long time, going to go back on it when my weight training picks up again. Saw pretty good gains using it.

It's great if you know what you're doing with it. I've always used creatine monohydrate, it's good and cheap (most of the studies regarding creatine use the monohydrate form). If you opt to not use monohydrate and use some other form of it, you'll need to look up "creatine loading" (if required).

What brand did you use then?

It helps but not nearly as much as simply having a good diet and working out regularly with a well-defined program.

Doing this and taking creatine, now you're on to something.
