sstv transmissions are types of transmissions used by ham-radio users (or maybe just any radio user)
that can be de-coded into images. its basically a radio based image that can be decoded into a picture you can see with something like MMSTV

decoding and encoding things is something i adore ok leave me alone :c

and thats why i'm doubting it has anything to do with this at all. that picture just sort of popped up in the tool. i never saw it render

Ah stuff. Well folks, I was right. That blob I saw WAS the sun, and it was definitely a building. I don't like the way this is going, though. It seems that we have a partially-destroyed Eiffel tower, and the presence of another important building brings a question, Are these plans for destruction? After that question lies another. granted, what was posted was a pre-recorded transmission. i may be thinking to deep into this, but someone could always check, with real radio equipment, to see if a station is up and broadcasting more.

How do you decode with MMSTV?

open MMSSTV, make sure your input and output are set to your speakers, play pre-recorded transmission, image should start to render in the TX preview box

the first few minutes of static and occasional beeping aren't part of the sstv. im starting to wonder if its something else that can be decoded, because i feel like it could... i've heard it before
