It's quite obvious that something will happen in Paris; maybe ground zero for another incident?

So OP is being hunted down by the a rouge terrorist group located in Paris, France. They are planning to destroy the Eiffel Tower and/or the rest of France. Halfway through the operation, OP got a change of heart and realized how immoral what he was doing was. He attempted to stop the mission by destroying the bomb, but was found out. He then escaped to a safehouse in an old friends home, where he is posting from now. Seeing nowhere else to turn, he is now posting encrypted messages to warn us of the upcoming tragedy that will strike all of France.The ozone layer will be destroyed, letting in harmful UV rays to hit France.
