So OP is being hunted down by the a rouge terrorist group located in Paris, France. They are planning to destroy the Eiffel Tower and/or the rest of France. Halfway through the operation, OP got a change of heart and realized how immoral what he was doing was. He attempted to stop the mission by destroying the bomb, but was found out. He then escaped to a safehouse in an old friends home, where he is posting from now. Seeing nowhere else to turn, he is now posting encrypted messages to warn us of the upcoming tragedy that will strike all of France.

no, i think your presumption is correct. if you look at the clearer image, next to whatever the tall thing is, i can still see the shape of The Pantheon, its just smaller

i dont think you can reverse the process of slow scan... it may be possible, but i dont think his avatar came from an sstv transmission, and if it did, we don't have it

Alright, I'm looking through it again and the two other pictures have to mean something. One picture clearly shows mars, and the other has two red spheres. Mars appears red from afar. I'm still trying to connect this to the eiffel tower, but I'm having trouble. Any astronomy buffs in the thread?

UPDATE: Maybe just a coincidence, but the large green, grassy area preceding the tower is called the "Champ De Mars"
