I have figured it out. It might be kind of creepy, but it's worth sharing.
This seems to be "promo-ing" a zombie outbreak, in one of thompson's threads (one that Counter posted an encrypted message in) is about zombie outbreaks and a chain of people going insane in Florida and Georgia, South Carolina is very close to Georgia, so i'm guessing that Counter lives there.
While studying some of the articles about the insane zombie outbreak, I remembered that Counter had posted "PESTICIDE: amused" translated into russian, I searched all over the internet for PESTICIDE: amused and didn't come up with anything.
The only option is to find out where this phone number is, but the phone number isn't actually a number, it is text translated into a number format. What I mean is that W, X, Y, and Z translate to 9 in a cell phone, that is an example though.
The phone number might actually bring up a word, so you don't have to call it folks.
While you guys work, i've come up with some conspiracy theories as to why Counter made this thread.
- Counter has been bitten by an infected and the parasite controlled him to make this cryptic thread.
- He likes to play really cruel jokes
- Wants to make a promo for his new Zombie RPG
