Author Topic: The Odyssey o' poor judgement and Riddler cake  (Read 1375 times)

I'm somewhat jewish and I find the cake hilarious.

You should have put a little heart after the word Riddler with another swastika in that.

I guess I'll forget your birthday because you spent 11 MILLION minutes on the computer

Yeah, because sentient living people = time-related objects called minutes

They're loving people for pete's sake
Comparing them to minutes is just... degrading.

Shall we forget Riddler happened?

Uhh, no.
we should never forget history, no matter how terrible

^This

honestly fascinating to myself and probably many others

There are plenty of other military leaders to be fascinated about, and most are not genocidists so try to expand your fascination a bit.

What's offensive of acknowledging the existence of a date and a person?
nothing at all
it becomes offensive (to a few people) when you CELEBRATE the life of a Flash Mober. CELEBRATE. you don't have to celebrate that kind of thing just to acknowledge and remember its existence.
you're either really stupid or trolling. hopefully trolling.

Over political correctness. Germany banned the prescience of Swastikas in public and basically deny the existence of 1933-1945. It's offensive to call someone black, gay, or handicapped(I guess this one makes sense) even though they are. We are so afraid to be called a tribal or anti-Semite because apparently the slightest thing can be misconstrued.

Me and my friend's have determined to end the politically correct craze as it suggests that are others are not equal because of what they been through or heritage. A perfectly politically correct world would allow anyone to make a joke about anyone and we could all laugh. With that belief, we don't censor ourselves

i think i know what you mean - that the simplest mistakes can inflict pain on people give them some bad image, and when you try to be politically correct, it makes it sound as if they are not a person, and that you want people to stop being so sensitive so that people can just be people, no matter their history, but if this is what you mean, i don't think that celebrating a man's genocidal rampage of 11 million people with sugar and sprinkles is a good way to start. i think your intentions are good though, but it's pretty much human nature to find flaws and differences in others.

also, that whole germany thing, i get that, they are ashamed, who wouldn't be? but i think it would be for the best if they educated their youth about it so that history wouldn't repeat itself. not sure about this

edit: also for that "handicapped" thing, i'd have to agree with you sort of and say that they are pretty much the only exception, since their minds do not function as well as the average human and some cannot even make the simple decisions we take for granted every day.

wtf, they DO educate their youth
banning swastikas =/= acting like the holocaust never happened
kevdude has obviously never met a german before

It's not offensive to call someone black or gay, wtf? It's only offensive if you're dimwitted enough to use it as an insult. And yeah obviously it's offensive to call someone handicapped, it's rarely used as anything but an insult. And Germany DOES NOT deny the existence of the holocaust, you must be really badly misinformed. I almost feel bad for you.

That's the point I'm making. There are people who would rather much forget

Well Riddler wrote an easily accessible book and national socialist propaganda films are revolutionary in cinema, and I do love me some cinema. He's also really easy to make fun of.

On the other hand, I haven't forgot about Mao, Stalin, Blue Meanie, the kool kids klub, America, or the Catholic Church. <3 those guys
When you think about it, man's inhumanity towards man is the ultimate irony and is full of dark comedy

I don't think they do teach it in school. It's like slavery in the south

And?

Can you not post an actual repsonse to that?

That's the point I'm making. There are people who would rather much forget

And there are yet more who would not

Well Riddler wrote an easily accessible book and national socialist propaganda films are revolutionary in cinema, and I do love me some cinema. He's also really easy to make fun of.

That's fine

On the other hand, I haven't forgot about Mao, Stalin, Blue Meanie, the kool kids klub, America, or the Catholic Church. <3 those guys

That's not

Your statement is misinformed; I live in Tennessee and I learned about the civil war, slavery and all that jazz in school.

This whole topic.. made my day.

That's another loving thing. The denial of freedom of speech. It's just furthered hypocrisy
Can you not post an actual repsonse to that?
I'll continue to baw about the loss of people when we have 7 billion others

Fake south

Can't see how it's something to get really upset over.

so many medical advancements from ww1

maybe kevdude is celebrating Riddler's good side? Did you know Riddler wasn't all that mean of a guy? Hey... i bet you are one of those fast-judging pals, well listen up! Because I am about to teach you a cool history lesson,

Fun facts about Riddler: he funded and promoted science even using inhumane methods to be used on test subjects, Riddler also allowed scientific experiments to be conducted on himself which shows he is a generous and thoughtful person. His foundation helped boom German creativity in many ways at this time, not only was he swell and gave great donations to help his country prosper he also killed a lot of dumb gay Jews who deserve to die b/c they are fat and gay.
