I sorta did make it.
I took a bigger image, shrunk it, saved it, moved it to a different computer, expanded it again, then made it transparent completely, moved it to a different computer, kina eyeballed it to remove partially transed pixels and pixels that were not completely black, then filled it in with white, and finally uploaded it to BL forums. It is pixel for pixel identical, including the third black pixel on the gun where it the rgb is 2 2 2 instead of 0 0 0, which probably means the image you got on google was from forum.blockland.us
