The forum link is in the website on the homepage sidebar, in the about section and links page. Register there, post a "Hi, I'm joining" sort of message in the new clan members section and post "I wish to join" here if you wish to join. The requirements to join are rather minimal actually.

NOTE: Most of the Super Admins and Admins on the server are unrelated to the clan. Ignore them in clan-related issues.
NOTENOTE: I know my forum rules are largely the same as Badspot's, I just copied and pasted them and edited one or two, because I have generally the same idea of what the rules should be.
