I know I'd be the last person to ask for help that includes an avatar

But I need help with this one.

Could someone maybe get rid of the ugly white dithering on the outside of my avatar? It's really annoying, and no matter what I try it's not going away.

When this happens with stuff in Paint.NET, I just use magic wand and mess with the tolerance until the lines are gone.

It may be a pain to do this with every frame though.

Anyway, Tetris, I looked over every frame and removed the white spots. Unfortunately I raped the quality and I couldn't get it smooth again.
