I had this happen to me.

There was an ass in a server, his name was E

He vote kicked everyone that killed him.  But when you try to votekick him, you can't because of his name.

So I owned his ass by changing my name to Σ (sigma, a Greek letter), and he couldn't votekick me anymore.  So I kept killing him, and killing him, and killing him, until he left.

if you are so terribly bad at hosting that you need to use votekick, stop hosting.

votekick is useless if you have a server with a respectable admin.
Votekick is just used when the server is empty of control and everyone tries to act tough by votekicking the people who are either screwing around, or just random votekicks.
what about votebans, they should be created to make the whole 'come back and votekick you' not happen.
