Author Topic: How do I stop forgetting things?  (Read 936 times)

I am terrible at remembering to do things. I'm sometimes told to do something and five minutes later I have forgotten. Do you guys have any tips?

use a notepad

or your phone

or be less handicapped

Try to remember them.

Did you know? When someone tells you "Dont Forget" you are more likely to forget. If someone tells you "Please Remember" you are more likely to remember.

I can't use my iPod because my mum hides it because she thinks I use it too much.

tie a piece of string around your finger

Memory Pills

Writing it down, making a note.

after reading that, i'd suggest you go chill with your bros

May I ask a question of my own? Why would you ask anyone here for help on anything relating to your personal health. I assure you the only person that could help you is a professional. The forums are a very unreliable secondary resource and nothing on it should be taken seriously(excluding the rules).
