Does he have to be a current forum goer? if no I think i'd choose PlasticArmy.
He is well built and a capable swimmer (I cannot swim so I need one with me.) once on the island he could collect things from the ocean such as fish, clams, other sea bound foods. While he does I could scavenge along the island, depending on how we got there i'd choose where i'd scavenge. Another reason why I choose plastic is we both seem to get along fine so it would take at least a month before one of us killed the other, in a months time we could easily have a well built system so we could live on the island though, so hopefully he won't kill me.
