So I host a server and certain people I can't hear at all. Nobody in the server can hear these certain people. What did I do wrong? How can I fix it so I can hear them? It is very annoying.

Me and Geek call them crapons. Mainly because it's both words together, but you'd also take a <Word goes here> them.

I can see their name apear up at the top for typing. Two people have it so it's not like they are pulling a prank on me. I know both of them and they have tried rejoining and restarting their games. Would add ons have anything to do with it? I recently downloaded the team mod, M16, and HE Grenade. Other than that, this problem wasn't happening yesterday.

Other people have these mods i'm sure. I'm pretty sure it isn't the team mod...but it didn't work right anyway...the only other things are the he grenade(which everyone says works great and is a good weapon) And the M16 which alot of people like but it could be causing the problem. Don't know how exactly though.

I really would think you'd know what I meant. I mean when people hit "t" to talk their name apears above the "chat box" and when they hit "Enter" a message is supposed to apear in the "chat box" yet it does not for me. Understand now?

After that,� try playing with the PaGe UP and PaGe DowN keys to try scrolling the chat box up and down.
Also try shrinking/enlarging the chat in the Crtl O options menu, first page you see.

I think it's a problem with Team DM, people who have not joined a team cannot chat with those who have. Took me awhile to figure this out, especially when I sat there typing "WHY WILL NO ONE ANSWER ME?!", trying to figure out if everyone was screwing with me or not.

yep it's team mod, a thing that is helpful is you can check the console and see everything you missed there(if you really wanna use team mod, the spawns did not work for me correctly) anyway, yeah thanks >.>
