Author Topic: My server cannot verify others Blockland IDs.  (Read 2879 times)

Bump, just so it's seen by the higher-ups.

Here's the full console log, for anyone who thinks they can help.

I'm having a similar problem.

I don't believe editing your HOSTS file will fix anything. That's generally a bad solution to things.

Load this. It should say "ERROR no NAME query".

If it does, start your server.

Open console (press ~) and type (or paste) in localClientConnection.authCheck();
See if you get an auth fail.

If you do, open console again and type in "tree();" and hit enter.
Find "TCPGroup - Sim Group" and click the + next to it.
Click on "servAuthTCPObj"
In the left box, click "Expand All".
Select everything in the "cmd" box and paste it here.

The AuthCheck was successful.

It read:
==>localClientConnection.authChe ck();
AUTHCHECK: Shadowguy = LAN client -> internet server, auth with server ip
Auth Continue Successfull: Shadowguy

I did the rest of your steps anyway, and it read:

POST /authConfirm2.php HTTP/1.0\r\nCookie: PHPSESSID=6n6f7q4vcqtreb9aq68vknh4r4; path=/\r\nHost: auth.blockland.us\r\nContent-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded\r\nContent-Length: 366\r\n\r\nCRC=eb1612e6529dd7c2b5d1e42fb50af02273c04d8b&DEDICATED=0&PO

Do you consider your internet connection reliable?

Very. I can host Terraria, Garrysmod, and Minecraft servers no problem.

Everyone who is connecting to you is using your IP address.  I don't see how this is possible without external interference.  You must have some router or firewall stuff that is disguising the origin IP of incoming connections.

Holy crap.....

Ok. I'm going to completely remove my antivirus and give it a shot.

Standby....
