AWOKEN ••• A Journey to Find Your Identity

[Mega-Bear]

This thread is going to be about the adventure of the main protagonist and his journey through time and space. He does not know who he is, where he is, or how he got here. It is up to you to guide him home by discovering clues about his past and piecing them together.


I will use a somewhat unique art style for this project. Rather than a generic MS Paint adventure, I will use Paint.NET for layering brush strokes and adding borders, items, creatures, etc. I'm also pretty horrible at drawing with a mouse so I'm going to put a lot of work into this, so I hope you enjoy it!




You are awoken by a whirring sound. On a ledge above you is a strange machine. What do?

Can't rape a machine. And upon investigation, these aren't pine trees. They are large green shards sticking out of the ground with streaks of darker green running through them.

Upon nearing the machine, it shuts off. But look! In the bottom right, an animal has appeared.

And upon investigation, these aren't pine trees. They are large green shards sticking out of the ground with streaks of darker green running through them.

You chase it to a waterfall which pours into a lake. To your amazement, a serpent penetrates the surface and snatches the animal in its mouth. Phosphorescent blood pours out of the prey as you stand there, fearfully astonished.

You run to the machine, but hear some noise not too far away. You decide to go see what it is.



You climb over a hill and look down into a valley to see a stone house with a blue creature atop it. Perhaps it's intelligent...

slide down and say, "Ahhgugartifly AHH figuirity fluudity flap!"

slide down and say, "Ahhgugartifly AHH figuirity fluudity flap!"

You hop down the work your way downhill to flat ground, look up to the creature and shout "Ahhgugartifly AHH figuirity fluudity flap!" The luminous theropod disappears into the stone house.



The theropod then emerges and tosses a gear at your feet. It then says "Ahhh figuri crink agh." Seeing as how this strange landscape has shown no signs of other machinery, the gear likely belongs to the machine you awoke next to...
