It's more of a Lego L.A. Noire. Also, I don't like how most of the city isn't even made of bricks.

They only make interactive objects out of Lego.

The least they could do is plant some studs on various other structures, like they did with Lego Universe. They don't need to be real-life pieces, just as long as it looks like Lego.
