MY SIDES

I have a Squire Stratocaster, and its pretty smexy. (Not MY guitar, just a pic I found on google. I would never lay a guitar on the ground like that.)

and The Mitchell D-100 that was posted earlier. I have a Marshell amp, and some distortion pedal, that I dont have a cable for the pedal and my amp. But I tend to use my Squire because it is a buttload smaller than my acoustic.

People say Squires suck, but my experience with them wasn't that bad. The electronics were fine, the 5-switch selector was a tad crude, and the neck near the base of the headstock was a bit fat, but I loved the tuners. full note vibratos and no re-tuning c:

I was substantially heavier than my raptor though.

I can agree with the switch. My entire neck is pretty much the same. I love not having to retune all the time c:

My guitar. (not my pic)

The only con is that the tremolo bar is thicker than that of a stratocaster, so I have to hunt more for them. Upside is that they don't have a tendency to break.

I also smashed an old table with it the other day.

I've never had a tremolo bar break on me (Thankfully)

I need songs to play, any suggestions. Im into Alternative rock, and basically all of the 90's

Foo Fighters maybe?

Whilst on the topic of guitars, I just remembered that my grandfather (bassist in a band) has a Telecaster signed by John Mellencamp.

I'm trying to get a job so I can buy a Standard Strat with a maple fretboard like so:

Actual pic of my guitar C:

Is the bottom string on that just a high bass string?

If so what do you do with the rest of the bass strings?

Yes, and you don't, you just get a seven string guitar pack. Usually you find a pack with a thicker gauge string included. The guitar sounds amazing. The EMG pickups kick massive ass.

oh god oh god OH GOD

I have a Fender Starcaster electric guitar. Probably the most generic thing ever. I also have a Takamine Jasmine acoustic guitar.

You guys should suggest songs for me to learn.
