You are visiting a forum owned by someone who makes their living selling a game.    Posts encouraging software piracy are extremely disrespectful.

Do not:
Do not talk about pirating software //This is pretty damn vague
Do not give links to software pirating sites //Didn't do this
Do not give instructions on how to pirate software //Didn't do this
Do not talk about how you just pirated software //Didn't do this
Do not give links/talk about/show off private or cracked mmo servers - this is piracy //Didn't do this
Do not use "clever" innuendo to talk about any of these things //Didn't do this

Stuff that is ok:
Emulation //Not relevant
Abandonware - but you better be sure //I think it might fall under this category, but it probably doesn't.

then there's the fact that this is a book not a piece of software, but that point is practically null.

Lets see, I'm guilty of saying the word "pirate" and being misunderstood. oops?

Oh stuff, I said "pirate" again! Damn, I better stop doing that before some dumbass comes along and claims I'm linking to websites on piracy for saying the word "pirate"!

Technically Lug is right. eBooks are not software.

Back to books!

doesn't matter, you can still pirate a book. forget, I said pirate again.

we'll go down together, meanwhile, pirates are docking at the port
yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aah

that pun was so bad I might get banned for it instead of the post on the last page >.>

Look, I'm just saying I saw someone who posted pretty much the same thing you did and he got banned.

link?
I can't remember what topic it was on, I think it was a link I saw on a topic that took me to another topic and I saw an avatar with (banned) on it so I went to see their recent posts and saw what they were banned for :/ . Ok, sorry this backfired. Also I have nothing against you btw it's just the mere mention of piracy just pisses me off for some reason

Books by Isaac Asimov or Arthur C Clarke are excellent and probably on an electronic bookstore.

I also like David Weber sometimes, but he might not be available on e-books

Fashionably Late.

Admins can see edited posts, bye!
Jesus christ you're a dense forget

Badspot isn't going to ban him just because theres a SLIGHT chance he MAY have to end up pirating it.

You can technically "pirate" anything, so just MENTIONING pirating books is barely a bannable defense, especially if it's about a relevant topic.
