will give me a chance to learn from apple

lol. now that is very funny

a mac is like using windows with many things removed from it.
there isnt a thing a mac can teach a person about computers that windows cannot.

however the same cannot be said about "mac to windows"

I like this, to sum up your post: "Macs, for people who don't have a clue"  :cookieMonster:
Or for people like me who don't care about their hardware.

I'm just gonna put out my thoughts on this whole matter:

Macs- Smooth, appealing operating system with very easy access and smooth guestures to seamlessly swap between apps and the such. Very good apps for making presentations and projects. Can almost go thru a work session without clicking a mouse button once. (provided you have a laptop/trackpad). Can't/don't need upgrades for look/preformance.

Microsoft- Gaming computer and it has MS Word and Powerpoint and the such. OS ease of use is ok. Unless you have Windows 7 (maybe Vista, questionable), sleekness and appealing-ness (for those who like that) is meh. Oh and you can semi-expensively upgrade stuff to make it look better.

this is coming from my personal experience and use of both. some fact too. mostly.

Or for people like me who don't care about their hardware.
just saying but i would honestly give more than 10 forgets about hardware if i'm going to spend at least 1K on a computer

Why should I? I trust Apple to give me the hardware I need for my computer to run smoothly and quickly for the tasks I perform on it, which it does, perfectly.

people who dont care about hardware should buy a 400 dollar computer.

there isnt 1 mac cheap enough to justify this.
however the average mac user dosnt even understand computer hardware, and they lie about the reasons they pay so much extra money.

just want a solid, reliable

because if all you do os browse the net and run photoshop and stuff, then any 300 dollar PC can do the trick, but apple will sell you a 1k+ computer that has equivalent hardware of that 300 dollar pc.

there are people who are trendy shoppers.
and the people who are savvy smart shoppers who get their money's worth.

apples markup is even worse then alienware. but trendy brand loving people will never understand that.

I have a £500 Windows desktop and it's stuff, my Mac is flawless. I like things I buy to look nice too, that was another purchase decider.

No idea what any of this is but it hasn't affected the perfect running of my computer so I don't give a forget about it.

Having better hardware doesn't fix anything if you're running a less stable OS.

Believe it or not many people don't play games so they don't need to care about hardware as long as the computer is still responsive enough for daily task. Macs may not be as good for gaming, but it doesn't mean that they automatically suck.

I have a £500 Windows desktop and it's stuff,

so you got both these comps at the same time?

because i have a 300 dollar desktop in the closet that cost me 2300 about 6 years ago.

i figure you are a liar now. you only own some piece of stuff pc from a decade ago. and you really know nothing about computers to be a legitimate judge on this topic.

You, sir are not one of them.

But as I have previously said, Windows 7 is incredibly stable.

You're right, I'm the kinda person who buys clothes with labels, pays above the odds for a haircut and drinks coffee in Starbucks whilst working on my Macbook, gosh I must be a terrible person.

Nah, had the Windows desktop ~2 years before, it was crappy about 1 year after that and still is. How I love a BSOD everyday!

lol i never had a windows version ever affect how i played a game or ran adobe and office programs.

stable? even in the vista days with all the apparent problems, i never noticed a thing.
i mean who the forget is still using 1g of memory anyways? its not 2001 anymore.
