Also there are large risks of taking classes that don't cater well to your desired area. I mean, they could try but you might not get anywhere fast or non at all. I recently dropped an art class that wasn't really working out. My teacher was more a painter, I was a sketcher.

Like I said, at your age right now your options are pretty limited, especially concerning your current situation.  Your best bet at the moment right now is just to practice, practice, practice.  Many artists have developed their own styles and knowledge just by practicing.
