I only get a little nervous if it's just me and some tall intimidating black guy with no one else around.

I had a feeling someone would say that.
I suppose you could say that being how I act around them. I don't necessarily "hate" them but when I see them in large groups I always feel threatened as if I'm about to be jumped and/or robbed.

I've had black people plan to jump me and black people attempt to rob me so now it scares me.

i honestly don't see why it should be different for either race

A lot of white folk are city folk.
And there isn't really much incest among white people.
Me being tribal would be like saying tribal things, I have more I COULD say but won't.

I suppose it depends on the area.
The area I was in is where black people constantly go for the opposite race and that might be one of the things that scared me.
That area of this state is no good..

Good to hear you got an extremely open mind. Only reason I have a fear is because of past relationships I had with them.
That and I'm from a very prejudice town so that is what I learned, I now know it isn't really true but the fear still lives on.
