Whatever happened to Sampapa? Could I have just found him?

So I was reading around in this comic and I found this response first in the list.  Blockland user "Sampapa" BL_ID 178 has not been active since Septemper 23, 2011 according to RTB.  Could BL's Sampapa still be out there?
