Do you know what the offset for GMT -5 is?

Use math. If 9.1 is for GMT +2 (difference between +2 and -5 is 7), it'd be 9.1 - 7 (2.1).

Mine is always off by like 3 minutes. It's already offset by a few hours, but even when I offset it by a few minutes it will end up still being a few minutes off a couple days later. :c

I tried so man times to set it right but in the end gave up and just accpt that aparenlt i am 3 hours in the future

It tends to go off by a few minutes over time, you can just fix it in the profile settings

For instance, mine was perfectly synced with my system time to begin with but now it's 5 minutes off

strangely the forum reports the same time that ubuntu reports
my offset is 2

but even then the time is still 6 minutes off for me
