small guide to easiest lucid dream
1. lay on your back in bed
2. put arms on side of you
3. have head propped up against something (like a pillow *wink wink*)
4. sit there, DO NOT scratch a scratch or anything. just ignore it
5. go over math problems in your head.
6. your body will fall asleep, but your brain will be awake!!
7. ignore falling sensation (hard)
8. think of a setting
9. pop your lucid dreaming
