How do I make my wallpaper move?

I always see people with animated wallpapers called Dream Scenes or something

I just want some kind of ambient colourful moving thingy

Anyone know how to set this up?

Wallpaper as in Desktop or like a screensaver?

Does x64 mean 64-bit?

What is x64?

There was also a program for Mac that allowed you to use a screen saver as a desktop background, in case anyone is wondering.

Weed. Lots and lots of weed.

having 32GB of RAM is like having a 20 inch snake. you're never (if not rarely) going to use it all.

DreamScene makes explorer.exe suddenly use up 10%+ of my processing power and like quadruples the amount of ram it needs.

It stops moving when you put your computer to sleep and is just an inefficient laggy whore in general.
