A reason why I think Badspot wouldn't do this is because there is already so many things common with Blockland and Gmod. Garry might have some sort of suspicion and think it's some sort of Gmod Lego clone.

I don't see any reasoning in this other than presentations. Also it's not that hard to make music files...

Clicking a link would be about as safe as showing you the website ingame, sans the download links and popups that you can ignore.

If Badspot wanted to do it he could add in some code to the engine. Since it's open source it's easy enough. He can make changes to the engine anyway he wants.
